Product Development Lifecycle
The product lifecycle is never the same for any two projects. While this diagram does not depict the differences between projects, it does illustrate the commonalities in terms of steps and direction. At the most basic level, this diagram speaks to the need to design and usability test much in the same way that developemnt codes and debugs code.
